Retina Creative Client Portal

Effective November 2, 2026

Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Retina Creative Client Portal at rtna.co, run by Retina Creative LLC (“Retina Creative,” “we,” “us”). By signing in, you agree to them. If your company has a separate agreement with us, such as a services agreement or statement of work, that agreement wins wherever the two differ.

Access

The portal is for Retina Creative's clients and the people they ask us to add. Your access is personal: please don't share your sign-in or let others use it. Your company can ask us to add or remove people at any time, and we may remove access when a project or client relationship ends.

Your content

Your company owns the content it provides through the portal, including tasks, comments, edits, photos and logos. You give Retina Creative permission to store, edit, format and use that content as needed to provide our services, including sending it to the tools listed in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to share anything you upload or add.

Ownership of the work Retina Creative creates for you, such as photos, video and design, is governed by your agreement with us, not by these terms.

Approvals and publishing

When someone with approval rights for a post clicks Approve, it confirms that your company has reviewed the post as it appears in the portal and authorizes Retina Creative to schedule and publish it to the listed social media accounts. Any change to an approved post sends it back for approval, so an approval always matches what gets published. Publishing times are a target: the social platforms and our scheduling provider control final delivery, and we're not responsible for delays, outages or changes on their side.

Acceptable use

Please don't use the portal to upload anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful; try to access other clients' portals or information; interfere with the portal's security or operation; or copy or resell the portal itself.

Availability

We work to keep the portal available and reliable, but it's provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything important. We may change, improve or retire features over time.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, Retina Creative isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the portal. Our total liability for any claim related to the portal is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount your company paid us for the services the claim relates to in the three months before it arose.

Ending access

You can stop using the portal at any time. We may suspend or remove access if these terms are broken or when our work together ends. Sections about content, approvals, liability and governing law continue to apply afterward.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top and let our clients know about material changes before they take effect.
